Interesting commentary, especially the last sentence where you ask if GSK can still be sued because of Avandia's alledged side effects even though the FDA has given them the green light with relabeling the drug. IMVHO, lawyers can always bring a suit against anyone, but hopefully any fair judge will not let these suits continue until after, if ever, the FDA recinds its decision.
