McCain vs. Obama: Who's Better for Taxes?

We are no where near a bottom in housing prices. Mortgage applications in real numbers are at a 17 year low, adjusted for population growth you don't want to think about those numbers would look like. MBA is forecasting 20% lower numbers in 2009. Democrats and Republicans alike are responsible. Once we begin to see the impact of the decline in revenues caused by this downturn you are likely to see the highest tax rates in the history of this nation if we do not learn how to stop spending at the government and the individual household level.

States and local municipalities are already seeing these impacts. The Federal Government is not disclosing their figures and when they do they will likely be bogus. Regardles of who we elect and what they say the only way out is to stop spending money we do not have, cut programs beginning with entitlements. We need someone who will wield the knife like Governor Sonny Purdue has in Georgia. If it isn't there you are not allowed to spend it.
