  • Microsoft sells over 1M Xbox One consoles within 24 hours [View news story]
3M units by the end of the year?

That's the number of iPhones Apple sells on launch day. This whole thing, from a profit perspective, is a waste of time.

  • Apple: Consider It For 20-25% Upside Before It Embarks On A New Product Cycle [View article]
What did we see at WWDC?

Mac Pro "Can't innovate my ass", who the hell is this new Mac Pro targeted towards? Not Pros, that's for sure.

iOS 7, a bastardised rip off of Windows Phone and Android 4.0 with colourful unicorns.

Macbook Air, same old same old with Haswell processor drop in.

Mavericks, seriously? Is there anything worth talking about here?

The innovation ship has sailed when Steve Jobs rotted in his grave, and it ain't coming back.

  • Why Is The Market Not Buying Apple? [View article]
Is the title even a rhetorical question? Has the author not seen previews on how the future versions of the iPhone Operating System will look like?

If anything I am surprised people didn't sell in doves.

  • Still Bullish On Apple - But For How Long? [View article]
Eh, I rather buy GOOG, and when Apple is finally ready for the iWatch and the iSteve iResurrection iDevice, then and only then, perhaps I may pull my money and put it back into APPL.

  • What Tim Cook Must Do To Turn Apple Around [View article]
Indeed, this article is absolute rubbish. Essentially summed up into a bunch of statements:
    1) Apple needs to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Aces and other $0 on contract "Smartphones" of the world
    2) Mac users should get used to seeing grubby finger prints on their Macs, soon!
    3) Apple should do best to copy Microsoft's strategy of convergence, a strategy which is working so well that Microsoft doesn't even dare to boast about it's Windows 8 sales.

Thank goodness you aren't in Tim Cook's seat Mark.

  • Samsung Electronics (SSNLF.PK) says its Q1 profit rose 42% to a record high on strong smartphone sales. Net profit rose to a record KRW7.15T ($6.4B), up from KRW5.05T a year earlier. Operating profit rose 54% to KRW8.8T from KRW5.7T. Sales rose 16.8% to KRW52.9T from KRW45.3T, coming in in line with the company's guidance of KRW51T to KRW53T. The results stand in stark contrast those of Apple (AAPL), which earlier this week reported its first profit drop in a decade and forecast margins to decline in the current quarter ending in June. [View news story]

  • Apple: Quit Whining About Tim Cook [View article]
Who exactly is Tim Cook? No offense, he was just someone who made sure Apple had enough supplies flowing in and balance out inventory in the storeroom from time to time.

And this guy is to fill Steve Job's shoes?

  • Is Apple (AAPL -1.7%) starting to see a brain drain in the post-Jobs era? "There is a growing level of dissatisfaction among Apple executives and employees, and a greater willingness to explore leaving," one VC tells BI. Another says his firm is seeing a lot more resumes from Apple employees, and attributes this both to the impact leadership changes have had on Apple's culture, and the higher pay offered by startups. A month ago, John Gruber warned Apple is at risk of losing top talent, and called it "the single biggest problem that Apple faces." [View news story]
APPL lost almost 50% in 6 months. So if you extrapolate it a little, it is the same course...

I see what you did there. Linking to some unsubstantiated link and citing it as fact. Meanwhile, iOS apps found to be bigger security risk than Android:

I have a link too. Therefore it is a fact.
