Dividends or No Dividends, That Is the Question

I believe from my personal experience that the biggest risk by far in stock investing is BAD MANAGEMENT- not fraud, nor recession, nor down industry, nor poor product. You often get suckered because you buy when management looks good, and lose when it becomes clear how BAD they are.

I will take the dividends, cash or stock, thank you, over trusting management to re-invest in their mistakes. For me, the best managers payout a good return to investors.
