    With KMR, which pays dividends in shares, you do not have the tax problems. There is no tax until you sell the shares.

    If you need the cash, you can just sell the shares.

    I have owned KMR for several years. I like the stock dividend, as I do not have to pay taxes (until I sell), and my tax cost basis goes down every time I receive more stock dividends.

    I wish I could find many other good stocks that pay dividends in stock. There do not seem to be many.
