Shareholders should just vote NO across the board on current proxys. As a shareholder I am frustrated over the ever changing direction of this company and missing milestones. They still have not informed shareholders why European approval was moved out to 2013. This company will fetch far more with a for sale sign on it then it will with current management. Great IP and but bad direction and execution.

I am not a supporter nor a fan of Martin Shkreli but he was not wrong. He shorted and covered at a lower price point and made money. Longs forced to sell on the way down lost money.
The problem with Avanir is that they have only one drug and are not a household name with doctors. They should have kept Abreva. The company should have been placed for sale after approval. I truly believe this drug can produce close to a billion worldwide in the hands of big pharma. With the current strategy, I think we stay small cap for a very long time.
