  • What Should Nokia Do With Nokia Siemens? [View article]
I believe the reason behind Nokia cutting the dividends this year for the first time is NSN. Either use those cash saved from dividend with some of their reserve and issue a long term debt for the rest, or just increase their share in NSN.

  • Nokia (NOK -0.7%) insists it's "in full compliance" with Indian tax laws, and will fight a $383M tax bill levied by local authorities. Vodafone can sympathize. The tax bill arrives as the NYT's Nick Wingfield reports India is one of 7 markets (per IDC) where Windows Phone (MSFT) shipments outpaced iPhone (AAPL) shipments in Q4. The others: Russia, Argentina, Poland, South Africa, Ukraine, and a group of small Southern/Eastern European countries. Indian iPhone sales have begun to grow, but off a very small base. [View news story]
    What about Q1?

So block trades having a positive net cash flow of $16.40 M bought by speculators? The day after Grpn's earnings B/S ratio was above 5, which made me wonder specially that tons of articles were saying that its going bankruptcy, bad business....... and the day after the stock rebounded over 10% for the news of CEO being fired. What i am trying to say that big investors have more than speculation, they have insider info.

Although Nokia share was dipping the past two weeks B/S ratio was above 1.5 all the time, which means block trades bought more than sold, which I believe that institutions were buying all that time
