It is ashame that investors bought preferred stocks for income now they
will hold the bag while government trying to save deadbeat borrowers.
It is a shame for banks lending billions without checking if borrowers
could pay back or not and it is ashame Wall Street packaged them and
sold to investors like used car saleman
