  • Dollar Long ETF May Have Much Farther to Run as Negative Sentiment Weighs on Developed ETFs [View article]
I'm not so sure the U.S. real estate scene is on anything like the road to recovery.

In fact, when the next wave of variable rate 3, 5, 7 year mortgages re-cast, at a presumably much higher rate...a foreclosure frenzy may well ensue that makes the current one pale by comparison.

We are in a trough before the storm.

Seems Don is spot on with a bullish view of UUP and such, for the current trend ought to see more attraction to the dollar.

Wonder whether it will soon enough be 1 to 1 on the Euro?.
(even if the dollar weaken later)

  • Housing Double Dip? Zillow Says Yes, NAR Can't See It [View article]
I really believe that when the government stimulis for home purchase program ends (soon) that sales of lower priced homes will lessen greatly & sales to the upgrade side will lessen as well, since the potential upgrade home buyer will likewise have fewer buyers (without those taxpayer gifts) for their current unit.
