  • The Markets Are Starting to Get Messy [View article]
Dow saved at 10007 yesterday. It fell through 10k already 5 times this year, and each time it was promptly rescued. Short squeeze is the name of the game for those who aim at keeping the stock market afloat (a serious fall would definetely launch a double dip recession with dire consequences) and for those who need more time to sell and distribute the new massive amounts of paper (stocks and bonds) coming out. In my opinion these efforts won't work much longer. And when they finally fail, it'll be really ugly!

  • What Bond Bubble? [View article]
the bond bubble, the credit bubble, the debit bubble, call it as you like it, without any doubt it's biggest bubble ever experienced by the world: compared to the bond bubble, the nasdaq bubble was nothing, just a toy for kids. when the bond bubble bursts it'll be economic chaos. central planning and prices manipulation won't work forever. this has gone too far already. be careful.

    my article from 2004....

  • Do Bonds Know Something Stocks Don't? [View article]
also, don' t forget the t-bond market is being bought out by central banks... too much institutional manipulation of prices around here to understand what the same prices are discounting. and this is especially true in the case of the whole interest rates market. prices are more and more meaningless... be ready for total economic chaos!

  • Either Gold Is Overvalued or Everything Else Is Undervalued [View article]
"because it is part commodity, and (newly) part currency. While that status won’t last".

in fact, it has to go from (newly) part currency to new full currency.
