I have had an iPhone since the 3G was new. Now I have my fiance's old 3Gs and she has a 4G. Although the phones do require maintenance every once in a while (reboots, closing of open apps) to keep them running at a decent speed, we put up with the hardware. iTunes is a whole other story. I think iTunes is the worse POS software I have ever had to use, aside from CA's Service Desk. I have recently upgraded my computer and the last thing I want is to install iTunes and deal with it again. I will leave my media as it stands on my phone today until I am ready to dump this phone for something, anything that is not tied to something like iTunes, the crappiest software ever made. I imagine being able to drag and drop my mp3s on my phone like a true mp3 player without the need for software (only drivers) and look forward to the day I will leave my iPhone behind. Apple has not served me well, I will not miss it. The iPhone will never leave iTunes as a dependency, so I have to leave the iPhone.

I agree but I think Fuel Cells are about to get a lot more attention as well. Look at FCEL and BLDP. They can generate MWs of electricity from waste or natural gas.
