    10 year run? What planet do you live on?

    If oil equates to all commodities, why not go back to the 80s when oil was sub $10.

    The Commodity rise was an Emerging Market growth story. If you believe that they have stopped growing forever, then Commodities may stall and sink as they are doing now.

    Forever is ending. Stimulus packages are rising all over the world, simultaneously. Demand will increase from price levels which are 200% higher. In the US, the proposed "reconstruction" will be commodity intensive.

    What does near term mean? Less than 6 months or long term, more than 12?

    Simultaneous worldwide stimulus, no country will want to be the last in line for the commodities available.
