    Sarbanes/Ox has been a boon for the Pink Sheets. Navistar said screw you and lists only on the Pinks.

    Sure you have to watch what you are doing but that applies to all publically traded stocks regardless of exchange.

    If I find an ADR or other on the Pinks. I usually bookmark the home page of the company and follow it from there.
