  • Lonestar Resources - Best Oil And Gas Play For The Downturn [View article]
I wonder why, in the face of several positive articles on Lonestar there is still no message board on Yahoo Finance for this stock.

  • VirnetX down 18% on the week [View news story]
It is general disappointment that no partnership deal with any of the majors was announced as many expected. In addition it seems that KL did not budget any money to promote the Gabriel release in the media. I did not see a single ad in any of the tech magazines nor on any TV outlet. Today, APPS are sold directly on TV and as the paucity of Gabriel downloads proves once more, the maxim 'If you build it they will come' is a movie myth. The total lack of marketing savy coupled with KL's arrogant personality does not bode well for VHC's future.

  • Now Is The Time: Going Long On Ultra Petroleum [View article]
Steve, American oil production is not "at a standstill". It is in fact still rising and will continue to rise into the summer. Recent reductions in Capital expenditures and the idling of some marginal rigs will not begin to affect production until the fall. In the meantime we are running out of storage capacity. Look for further cuts in oil prices (unless the Saudis cave) over the next several months.

  • Why Crude Oil Prices Are Guaranteed To Surge Higher [View article]
Right Jacksalmon, I was looking for this comment and can't agree more. Sheer production momentum coupled with sluggish China and Europe and a declining middle class in the US, rising fuel efficiencies in every usage sector plus all the stored oil already mentioned will increase the production-consumption gap to 2MB by mid year. Yes, this will turn around eventually but not until mid-late 2016. Keep your powder dry until then.

  • Gulf Resources Secures Profitable Growth As It Purchases One Of Its Customers [View article]
There you go Simple, making a statement without a single fact to back it up. You deserve to be sued! Yes, the stock has been undervalued due to false accusations like yours but the author is right, the future looks very bright for GURE with a recent possible gas find as a huge bonus if confirmed which looks likely.

  • Congress takes another stab at patent law reform [View news story]
Good for VHC because VHC is not a patent troll. They would easily meet all points made in that proposal.

  • Oil Markets: Sentiment And Lame Thinking Are Currently In The Driver's Seat [View article]
Gartman is surely way to optimistic with his fusion forecast but a better and more immediate alternative is already here, Hydrogen powered cars. With new technical breakthroughs coming rapidly such as graphene membranes, Hydrogen will replace electric cars this decade and will start to make a serious dent in gasoline as well.
Another paradigm changing event already mentioned is China. The enormous real estate debt bubble and steel production bubble also fueled by debt has to come to a head soon. Yes, the collapse of China has been forecasted "forever" but so was the 2007 US recession which also was belittled for years right up to the edge. So was the collapse of the Soviet Union. The Chinese Govmnt has been able to keep the ball in the air because they control most of the economy but the Piper stands at the door. A Chinese economic collapse which WILL come will also collapse the oil price. Maybe it will recover some first but no energy investor can afford to ignore this.
    Caveat Emptor!

  • VirnetX Vs. Apple At The CAFC: Why VirnetX Seeks En Banc Review, Why Apple Does Not [View article]
I will go one step further and state my belief that Judge Rader was set up, just look at the facts surrounding his resignation, because he would have affirmed judge Davis. This so big business friendly Prost could step in and rule as she has done.
However, if you think that the Supreme court is not big business friendly just look at the God-awful Citizens United decision declaring for the first time in history in any legal system that a corporation is a person. Truly unbelievable! Elected Judges can now be bought by these "persons" which will in a decade or so result in a totally corrupt judicial system. Poor old USA!

  • Falcon's Beetaloo Farm Out 'Worth Waiting For' [View article]
It's now Oct and it begins to look more and more that this is a wishing well story with imaginary partners from management, swallowed hook line and sinker by Mr Whelan. That or with the falling oil prices they (the partners) have decided to put this on hold.

  • VirnetX continues cratering following Apple ruling [View news story]
Many have already ridiculed the content of this article so I will just say that it also completely ignores all the other large tech Co.'s VHC will derive revenue from.
Looks like a great time to buy!

  • VirnetX attempts to spin rough ruling [View news story]
I'll go a step farther, It would not surprise me if Judge Rader, a straight shooter and whose methods were used was set up. He would not have overruled himself and his friend Davis so he had to go. This court now does the bidding of the Administration who are determined to break the software patent system. Of course, a bit of lobbying and who knows what encouragements from the beneficiaries i.e. Big Tech played a role as well.

  • VirnetX attempts to spin rough ruling [View news story]
My fading faith in the US judicial system is now definitely gone. They could not very well deny the patents which would have caused a national outcry so they resorted to wriggling and convoluted reasoning to protect Apple from having to pay (for now). A disgusting travesty!

  • Lonestar: High-Conviction Long Idea Remains Irrationally Undervalued Compared To Its Peers [View article]
Curiously, it still has no message board on Yahoo Finance. Yeah, I know, who reads those but quite a few drive by investors do. Some enthusiasts (pumpers) also spread the word on other message boards and so word gets around. This may be why this stays under the radar.

Really? Including warrants 30 million more shares and looking at the warrant price of 90c up to 5 years out they don't seem to have much confidence in the share price rising in the future.
