    Cramer needs a breather! many of these items should have been in the first STIMULUS BILL. Cramer was early-on in the camp to be somewhat critical of the administrative actions/proposals in early 2009. but he was quickly told by GE mgt to "get in line"; and he DID! that was the time to, again, use his famous--"THEY KNOW NOTHING"-- outcry. he failed.

    it's too late for these positions now.

    Cramer ducked when needed. HIS SCHTICK IS OVERDONE AS WELL AS LATE.
