    Alan,
Is the selling plan price-( which I believe was last implemented in the range of $4.25 ) , common knowledge?

Are you aware that the insider positions of Vringo have increased in recent days and weeks?
    That is my barometer.
And I believe most investors look to insider holdings for the value of a company.

  • Mark Cuban Raises His Position In Vringo. Should You? [View article]
Anyone with a brain, should due enough reading"due diligence", to see that Mark Cuban's stake in Vringo was automatically shrunk in size by the additional shares sold by this company.
I was thinking that maybe just maybe Mark Cuban had some kind of OCD reason for adding shares to the stake he is holding in Vringo.
    LOL!

  • Mark Cuban Raises His Position In Vringo. Should You? [View article]
I would like to add that it seems rather silly for the price per share,
to be so paralyzed by this one chapter, taken out of context, from the large and long story of Vringo!

  • Misonix Reports Financial Results for First Half of Fiscal 2013 [View article]
The reason the company had a loss this quarter is a GOOD REASON....
MISONIX discontinued the sales rep contract they had with aesculap who sold the misonix surgical devices, and machines. This was supposedly IN THE PLAN for Misonix to take over the major portion of direct sales to surgeons, hospitals and surgical facilities. This move included a HUGE EXPENSE of a BUY BACK program for the inventory- machines and all that aesculap had on hand.
Unfortunately,... this was not a seamless transition. Misonix did not have a sales force completely in place prior to this company move. Misonix should have had a contract with aesculap that allowed them to do the equiptment buy back in a transitional way.
Now that having been said,... Misonix just happens to be an excellent entry price, because,... each quarter hereafter, will be green and greener with profit, because the comparison for same time last year from here on out will be at least a 500% improvement.
Why you say?... Because the expense of buying back the equipment from aesculap is over and done, and the new sales from the Misonix direct sales of disposable supplies, and equiptment supplies are all now PROFIT PROFIT PROFIT.
Aesculap does, I repeat does continue to supply to customers they contracted with prior to the end of the agreement, which is always profit for Misonix, and those sales will continue.
It is also important to point out, that the equipment was bought back from Aesculap, at a great discount.

Explain what S3 is . No one will explain what S3 is!!
Apparently the approval has turned into a pathetic non response!
Investors don't feel rewarded for their patients by a mere two cent increase. This is a horrible disappointment!
This damn stock was at $3.46 on December 18, 2012 with no approval!! I'm pissed off!

The insider stock option price trigger & limit,
the meager amount of shares exercised,
the apparent confidence of the vrng management,
This what I've been saying for months on that stupid ymb, but that's like casting pearls before swine!

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Google Did Not 'Flip-Flop' Or Concede To Ongoing Royalties [View article]
I found the comments by Mr Kevin Porter, to be of more interest than the article penned by Mr Gill.
I'm not saying this, because Mr Gill is a one time contributor, but I can't see where his contribution adds anything to this already over stirred pot.
And I'd like to ad that D R is a slime bag..... Just Sayin
