From an operations point I could not disagree more. Company's stocks are usually based on earnings, earnings are somewhat based on sales and sales are based on customers. This trickle down effect will be the death of Paypal as most sellers and many buyers hate Paypal. I have been selling on ebay since 1999 and I am a powerseller, but I am ready to give it up because of Paypal. They have embezzled money from me and have no customer support/service. When there are Websites like paypalsucks.com, pending class action suits and thousands of sellers leaving ebay because of Paypal you have a cancer. Paypal is that cancer!
