    Worked in a paper plant for 4 summers during college driving rolls ffrm paper machine dry end to coaters then warehouse. Lot harder than assembly line especially at 3 AM

Nothing will improve until the dope smoking,beer guzzling workers are forced to work like the non union Southern plants get their men to do.
