Ummm...Capesize aren't the smallest of DRYS ships. Capesize are larger than either Panamax or Supramax. A cursory understanding of the shipping markets (or a Google search, quite frankly) would have made that clear.

Brian, occasionally you write decent articles, but you actually got the:
    1. Math, and
    2. Structure

of the royalty arrangements completely and totally wrong.

Of course, once you compared an approved respiratory product (and soon to be "product suite") to a high-risk salvage cancer treatment that already had a black box label before it was pulled for toxicity, it was pretty obvious that this was an ignorant hit piece, so why quibble over details and facts that drive valuation, right?

Long or short, have some clue what you're talking about. AdComm briefing books/questions are always, ALWAYS released two business days before the meetings. You sound like a complete idiot by not knowing that.

Clinically, there's a good deal of evidence that Vascepa IS better than Lovaza. Multiple critical biomarkers, improvements rather than deterioration in cholesterol levels...

...please learn about what you're writing about BEFORE you write it. Or do you write these articles with the intent that someone will give you free lessons in the comments section???

Aren't you the guy who mathematically proved that ThermoDox would work (CLSN?) And they still let you write articles?

You being bearish on AMRN makes me want to buy OTM calls on this.

The assumption that the company will have 0% growth is probably wildly optimistic. Continued print revenue declines will continue to overwhelm digital gains in the near term, and not to mention, digital margins aren't nearly as high as print, and print margins will continue to decline as operating leverage works the opposite way on the downside. Not to mention, the driver of digital gains is currently the "let's package print and digital and give you a bargain on ads!" sales pitch will only work until companies realize that yellow pages are effectively used only as a doorstop outside of apartment buildings.

Dying industries + seemingly cheap valuations + presumptions of discounted debt retirement = value trap. If you want to own DEXO equity, buy the debt. It'll be equity soon enough, provided that the "Chapter 22" (2nd Chapter 11) doesn't turn into a Chapter 18 (Chapter 11, reorg, Chapter 7).
