    I'm a long. It looks like the Coop and TPG, and myself also the other shareholders got sucked into believing SD had some value. Now the only people that have made any money from SD were Tom, and the current management. The BOD are in need of being replace. The only way for the Coop will get his money back is to take over the BOD and put new management in place. The company is a one trick pony. Lot,s of NG and no oil.
