I have been beaten up by these deals before and everytime after the dust settles the stock ends up back to unchanged and has gone on to higher highs. I am looking for a point to buy more.

Having not looked at their balance sheet for awhile, I could be in error, but It seems to me if they would bring all their assets to market ie/ marketible securities of the oceana project and the chatham project that would boost there balance sheet by roughly 150-200 million depending on how you value these to projects. Considering the optional value of oceana being at 2.0 share that would add anothe potential 100 to their balance sheet. If they can maintain a 40 million cargo recovery now that they have learned to negotiate they should be putting out 15-30 million net per year. Once has too think that the ocean floor has been merely scratched. We have know for years there are mineral deposits just laying on the floor let alone, what the true mining will provide. All one has to do is to begin to understand, how in the US according to a study I read the other day, only roughly 10 % of oil deposits are becoming recovered with conventional wells. Now with fracturing this is up to 20-25 % and now that they have discovered that if they now drill the wells half the distance from one another that they have been drilling they can get another 10% recovery. So just imagine what is on the ocean floor.
