Hi Brad: I have owned both UMH and MNR in the past and have been quite pleased. But I never knew that UMH had invested or loaned approx. 15 million to MNR. Both companies were started by the same person and both are still run by him. You make a good point about most of the UMH mobile home parks being located in the Marcullus Shale Region, I hadn't thought about that. Right now I don't own either UMH or MNR. Thanks Pat
