    There is never one reason insiders buy. You can not know human motivation in every instance. Some may be taking a long view of the compnay..some may be pressured by the Board of Directors. That is what happened to M. Eisner when he was at Walt Disney. There also may be short covering. Why even today Home Depot is buying its own stock back. What does that make it...a good buy?

    Anyway, good comment and focus.
