Reflections on GE's New Compact Flourescent Lightbulb

My wife and I have begun to convert our home to the new bulbs. The light quality seems to be excellent. In considering cost savings over time, if the bulbs last as long as predicted, inflation should also become a realistic factor. Further, electricity where we live costs around 20 cents a KW.
