  • Why I See AEGY As One Of The Best Marijuana-Related Investments [View instapost]
my point is, talking about both and the fact they are under iequity leads to the broader, more positive realization of where the companies are headed... not to mention the overlapping management... but i know you're well aware of all this... see you on the boards...

How do you write an article about AEGY and not mention iEquity's other company SKTO?

  • Medical Marijuana: Get Out Now [View article]
Why does GWPH not look attractive? Written anything on that yet?

Seems like it's a good investment if you like the pharmaceutical play with marijuana. Sativex is a 1:1 THC/CBD spray derived from cannabis. It's already approved in many countries and soon to be here in the US (Phase III?). They also have applied for patents on other cannabinoids (CBG,THCA, CBC, ect...).

And it just got listed as an ADS on the NASDAQ opening it up to a much broader investment group.

Yes, I question why you bring up trade shows that do not represent the cannabis marketplace...

Champs looks like a smoke shop convention. I think Dixie is keeping its brand out of that market. Maybe too much stigma...

There will be a growth of upstarts and A LOT of acquisitions. The community with all the knowledge is very insular. It's gotten better over the years with more MMJ states. Much of the information to be learned is also unstudied, though this too has seen a boost from the medical movement.

Cannabis/Hemp/Weed/Mar... all deal with the plant genus cannabis. That plant is illegal at the federal level. There was a DEA paper discussing the rescheduling of CBD in 2011, found here: http://1.usa.gov/YRPaib

This makes bankers willing to do business with these companies shutter and clench (their accounts of course).

Why did you list a bunch of trade shows that aren't cannabis focused? I have seen them at all the shows I've been to: National Marijuana Business Convention, Kush Expo, High Times, ect...

Nice Perry. I like that you take a look at a few stocks. It shows your in-tune with the rest of the industry that's developing, and not just focused on one company.

The two amigos aren't here chatting it up in the comments?

Guess this one doesn't fit their narrative.

I just click on your instablog... prepare to loose more than $3k if that's your new cannabis stock list.

If MJNA is a scam then half that list is the same.

Alan may understand balance sheets, but his articles don't do much more than question the basis of the balance sheets. They don't actually answer any of the questions he raises.

What happens when CANV is freely trading and MJNA can capitalise those shares?

I'm not excusing MJNA here, but a story has two sides and the truth is found somewhere in the middle.

While I agree, the discussion shows how little real understanding Alan has of these businesses.
