Great article, I like that you touched on Financial Freedom's impact. Reverse Mortgages are going to be the biggest thing since sliced bread over the next few years. FF should even out IndyMac's riskier ALT-A portfolio because when you think about it who wouldnt want to hold onto low LTV asset based loans that are FHA insured. Plus, FF just updated their jumbo cash account program last week and it pretty much blows away any competition at the moment.
