Kevin brings a wealth of derivatives experience to RCM Asset Management. Following graduation (Marquette University – Evans Scholar 1999) Kevin started working for LETCO Trading on the CBOE floor. Between 2000 and 2007 Kevin traded a variety of Equity and Index options products as a market maker on the CBOE and PHLX. In 2008 Kevin moved into Commodities with an emphasis on futures, options, spreading and hedging strategies. Prior to joining RCM, Kevin worked at TradeLink LLC as a part of a proprietary group focused on relative value/volatility arbitrage strategies in the Energies, Metals, Grains, and Indices. With RCM, Kevin works with clients applying trading approaches tailored to client’s goals and risk appetite.
Matthew Bradbard serves as a Director at RCM Alternatives & Attain Portfolio Advisors. Matthew began his career in the commodities business as an advisor to clients on asset allocation and buy/sell decisions. Matthew has devised, implemented and executed trading strategies for several firms since entering the commodity business in 2001. Matthew has also managed his own global macro CTA that traded numerous futures and options strategies and operated his own Introducing Broker for 5 years. A prolific commentator, Matthew has published subject-specific articles, market commentaries, and Managed Futures educational pieces for the last decade. Matthew is frequently interviewed for his opinion on commodities and current events as they relate to commodities and their role in an investor’s portfolios.
Robert Schroeder brings years of execution experience to his role as Futures & Options Specialist @ RCM Asset Management. He began his career in 1995 on the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) in before moving to First American Discount in 1997, where he focused on technical analysis, studying under former CBOT Chairman Bill Mallers. After First American was purchased by MF Global in 2000, Robert was head trader of one of MF Gobal’s high-volume desks. There he focused on managed futures and execution for hedge funds, CTAs and high-net-worth individuals. Robert also worked with individuals and corporations on trading strategies, technical analysis and risk management. By working with these different traders he has learned multiple complex strategies on how to maximize profits while still making it affordable for the retail client. He does not believe in simply buying options or exclusively collecting premium by outright shorting options. Instead he builds different strategies that usually include buying & selling a combination of different options. He also is able to adjust strategies based on a specific client’s risk tolerance. Robert is the sole author of Options Corner and the CTA SideOp.
