I don't have a horse in this race (do not own TSLA stock would never own it because of its volatility) but I would ask the Tesla owners who commented on problems but were still happy with the Tesla experience, if you had had the same number and type of problems with a new Chevy Camaro would you still be happy with your Chevy experience?

  • The Resurrection Of J. C. Penney: It's Not All About The Numbers [View article]
You seem to have a reading comprehension problem. I didn't say "fantastic executives" you did. I said "experienced".
And "why would these executives join" was not an argument it was a question.
Both of which make your response "very silly".

DDA - Why would experienced retail executives like Ed Record, most recently the COO at Stage Stores Inc. (SSI), and Mike Rogers, hire on to JCP if BR is imminent?

  • BlackBerry: Let's Make A Deal [View article]
Seems to me you need to add IBM (and others perhaps) for 3 reasons:
    1. IBM is all enterprise all the time.
    2. IBM is enterprise security for customers all the time
    3. IBM is big in gov. all the time.

Looks like a perfect fit to me.

If tangible book is 18 even if you spent all your 3b in cash you would still be at 15 with no premium. Why would the min. offer be 12?

So if AMRN can take 1/4 of Lovazas marketshare that would be 250M in sales. At 4x sales for biotechs doesnt that alone justify AMRN's 1B market cap? Or is the argument here vascepa will never hit 250m in sales?

  • A Microsoft Buyout Is Nokia's Only Chance For Survival [View article]
George you are right - MSFT is very smart. But I disagree with your conclusion based upon MSFT smarts. If you are MSFT and you want to get into hardware where do you go? certainly they are not going to start from scratch and build a phone manufacturer. They want to hit the ground running so they would need to buy someone already doing it. In that case what are there optionS? Not many except arguably the best phone engineers in the world who already have 100's of millions of low-end phone customers in the highest growth area in the world - Asia. Therefore I would argue that if MSFT wants to get into hw that in fact puts a floor on NOK price.

  • Buy Rubicon Ahead Of Cyclical And Secular Upturn [View article]
Brain really, "intellectually stunted clown"? Now I know you must be really smart because you use a lot of big words and impressive technical phrases. Such as these in your last article on Quicklogic just about a year ago.
"long-awaited revenue ramp" - Oh boy.
"an excellent opportunity to build or add to positions" - Hope you didn't listen to yourself.
"connectivity fabric" - right out of Star Wars
"the iridix algorithm" - IMO anyone who uses the word 'algorithm' is intellectually stunted.
So how is the QuickLogic recommendation going Brian? Looks like it is at 2.29. Oops. Also noticed you haven't written any "intellectually non-stunted" articles since then which is probably a good thing for SA readers.
Valuable Insights on the other hand, in its own intellectually stunted way, has recommended such losers as Google, MU, EXAR and ChipMos.
So I know you are right up there with Einstein but he wasn't very good at picking stocks either. So if you don't mind I will stick with Valuable Insights. And Brain, I am sure you had all A's in your many logic courses and so you certainly know that ad hominem arguments are fallacious - and unnecessary. Have a better day.

Why would Russia stop converting weapons grade uranium just because their agreement with the US ends in 2013? Wouldn't they just continue to convert it and sell it directly to the market rather than to the US?

MSFT buys NOK and sells off the parts they don't want. This deal is chump change to MSFT. Camera, maps, patents means kick some GOOG butt.

You should not drink alcohol during the day after this statement:

There are ZERO, NONE , NADA states that have 90% renewable.
