    "As long as AGEN is below a dollar I'll be buying." In that case you might end up owning ALL of the outstanding shares if your buying persistance is dedicated (and truthful). I am amazed that you cannot find ANY other company in which to invest your few dollars. It is true the downside risk is small (but yet 100%) but so is the downside risk at floor number one when one has lept from a hundred story building.
