    The author proves how clueless they truly are (or they can't write a coherent sentence) with: "Banks with heavy domestic credit card exposure: Visa (V), MasterCard (MA) and Capital One (COF)". Apparently, the author thinks MA is a "bank". MA has virtually ZERO exposure to debt 'problems'. MA's entire business is based upon fee collection for use of a "MasterCard". MA absolutely does NOT issue credit. So what's the problem?
