I agree, and now that DIVX has been sufficiently punished for past missteps and is trading at about 25% over cash on hand, it is time to buy. Let us not forget that DIVX is still profitable, even during the financial crisis. I think DIVX has first-mover advantage, and the widespread of adoption of DIVX technology in ALL DVD players is just around the corner.
