TiVo's Patent Victory Stands Strong

If DISH actually believes it has a chance of the Supreme Court granting cert to hear its appeal, it is living in a fantasy world. The appellate court's rejection of its appeal from the lower court is but another nail in the coffin of DISH's slow demise. Charlie should just sell his satellite service to AT&T, who needs some credible video solution beyond its own U-Verse, which is more or less DOA in AT&T's effort to compete with cable & DirecTV.
