    • Energysystems: Have had DEO since 60. It's earned me a couple cocktails lol

    • REIT: i know high price DEO, but im betting on more printing even more than QE3,TSO will start div next year,XOM will have another10%by year end

    • Energysystems: Can't go wrong with either DEO or XOM, don't know about TSO but those other 2 I plan on holding forever lol

    • REIT: TSO will start paying dividend again so it will be worth holding, add good income from options
