  • BlackBerry BBM Security Concerns [View article]
I am ashamed to say I read it twice and still not really sure what the author's position is. Poorly written.

  • Take Advantage Of BlackBerry Pessimism [View article]
Someone please explain how the infusion of the $1B credit line affects the common investor. As a secured creditor PW must be at the head of the line should the worst take place. But, otherwise how will it affect the share price for me? Thanks.

  • WSJ: BlackBerry met with Facebook to gauge interest in bid [View news story]

  • Fairfax In The Home Stretch On BlackBerry Acquisition, Right? [View article]
I agree with Marcap. Why would anybody pay significantly more when the entry point is visible. Another bidder just has to increase the offer by a small amount or make the terms more favourable.

  • Fairfax In The Home Stretch On BlackBerry Acquisition, Right? [View article]
This is getting interesting. At the end of the day it will go to vote and the end result will be dictated by the majority. I, for one, still think they should not sell and work towards developing the framework for a profitable company and not be involved in selling phones. Too many other companies already doing a good job selling phones.

  • Is There Any Room For A Bidding War In BlackBerry? [View article]
I am still long, but recognize it's a sinking ship. I can't see how there will be any other bids. The process to being open to offers has been long enough. Nobody jumped in and less likely given last Friday's announcement.

  • I Won't Sell BlackBerry As Long As It Generates Cash [View article]
I am still long and believe BB will be a very good niche player. I also think a partnership is a preferable way to go. I agree with the author, if they are generating cash.…let's wait a little longer. Having said that my few paltry shares won't count for much come decision time.

Unsustainable strategy! Looming disaster on the horizon! Here is to hoping other countries, like my Canada, don't end up imploding as a result of America's insane and irresponsible financial policies.
