Ever notice that these litigators don't want to mess with $KO or $PEP? Their energy drinks are NOS &Full Throttle under KO, & AMP under PEP. Attorneys agenda for going after $MNST is to knock the stock price down, probably, and it forces the company to be distracted from their global growth plans. The MNST bears & shorts are going to get their asses handed to them any way eventually no matter how many speed bumps they put up.

Rodney said India "soon". Sounds like 2013 to me. 1.3 billion person population. Ought to boost $MNST sales quite a bit. This launch would just about double the amount of consumers with their product available at their local stores.

Perhaps some incestuous action resulting in procreation has been observed by the Oxen Group. I hope they're spot on when it comes to $MNST. My largest holding.
I'm a bull on $MNST, also...but I don't think you take profits after a 20% gain. Doesn't that completely contradict you saying this is a "Retire young Portfolio" stock pick? I consider this a Phil Fisher type 10,000% gainer in the long run, as in hold it for your lifetime.

The entry by Monster Energy into the China market in 2013 is one thing you didn't mention, and with a population of 1.3 billion people, that will be huge...potentially doubling current revenues. Unless the China launch is getting pushed out further into the future, from what I've heard Rodney Sachs say, it will take place in 2013.

You mixed up your millions with billions in each of the above stocks, as far as Fisher's investments. Fisher Investments has around $45bil invested. SNY only has a market cap of $92bil., and you're saying FI invested $593bil!

I like the thorough breakdown of ZAGG by Zach! Your analysis is sophisticated by my call. A growth story extraordinaire. Convenient and synergistic acquisition, that ushers ZAGG products into Walmart, since Ifrogz was already in WMT,and ZAGG was trying to enter the superstore. I am glad I had the conviction to buy shares on the Ipad2 scare. It sure has paid off. I think in a couple of years, this company's shares will be valued over $20. As time goes buy, I hope you post more articles on ZAGG, and I would be interested in hearing any other good stories you want to tell. p.s., I like those pop out graphs & charts. Good job.

Correct, Rodney said there is roughly $20 million adjustment, I believe for the advance orders taken in Q409, to be factored in, effecting the comps of Q110-Q111. He said the adjustment was for the "buy in". Is he referring to the advance orders made in Q409, due to coming per case price increases? Nevertheless, over 50% higher sales growth, is over 50% sales growth, and that is some serious growth. Rodney also went on to say that the more countries they launch, the less material impact new launches tend to make. But I say when the Asia launches begin, this will be more powerful. China and India together have more than 3billion people. This is a stock where the more you learn about what the company is doing, the happier you are to own it.

Thank you for such an informative breakdown. Labelling lighting data accurately is part of the steps that are being taken to differentiate sub quality LED products from top quality lights, but besides what government regulation can do to help this problem, the market just needs to be wary of purchasing anything but the top notch companies LED products, like Cree, Phillips, etc. There is a lot of junk LEDproduct being thrown around worldwide, which slows down growth for CREE, when potential customers develop a stand offish attitude towards retrofitting or otherwise just installing LEDs, claiming that the "technology is just not there yet", when in fact it is.
