  • Capstone Turbine: A Turnaround Play That Investors Shouldn't Miss [View article]
Demand exists for this product. That is all I need to know. I have 10 years to wait. Will CPST deliver? If not I will lose all of $1000; if so maybe a 10 bagger? Upcoming CC is all about the guidance and hopefully a large beat on the EPS to the tune of 4 cents per share on the plus side.

  • Capstone: Low Risk, High Reward [View article]
The fluid-less bearing floating on a cushion of compressed air with hundreds of thousands of hours of in the field operation....the value in that is something that simply cannot be quantified at this time, but over time you will see others like CAT, BA, and Airbus become interested.

As soon as one or more of these fuel cell companies reach profitability, there will be consolidation in the space. An equal weight basket of all 4 probably wouldn't be a bad idea.

  • Frontier Communications: Solid Growth Potentials Ensure One For The Future [View article]
I see Frontier as more of an asset play. They have leveraged heavily to build out the rural internet infrastructure indeed, but that network is in place now so a larger player could buy Frontier, creatively retire some of the debt through convertibles, and be the owners of a built out network infrastructure that was paid for by Frontier. So I see this as a "last mile" type investment. I would love to see the dividend stay in place but the actual smart thing for the company to do would be to suspend it and work on the debt mountain with that capital.
