Presently semi-retired. A major goal is to more formally study advanced technical analysis and refine swing trading skills.
Spent a majority of working life with a major mid-Atlantic economic regulatory agency.
Acted as a technical and economic analyst on green and conventional hydrocarbon energy resources on both supply and demand sides.
Through the decades, my work evolved from a focus on rate based rate of return regulation to competitive economic policy analysis at both the retail and wholesale level of both natural gas and electric.
Since 2000, my work has focused on the commodities markets. First though fundamental analysis as the developing countries increased resource
consumed, then after 2006 until about 2012 through technical analysis of CME/NYMEX commodities markets, and finally, into swing trader analysis.
As part of this natural evolution, I have developed an interest in investing in stocks, bonds, commodities and inverse funds.
Presently participating in a one year Sabbatical in order to regain a sense of balance, re-energize and reflect.
