Received and CASHED, which is probably when purchasing is doing the RFQ for the second one. BTW, a note to GGG, that engineering firm will walk away from the test knowing it is good or bad, they will talk among themselves and know where they are going, etc., then they will write the report required, getting it reviewed, modified, corrected, approved by their bosses, etc. and it may take 3 months before it reaches the client, TSO in this case. We certainly hope not, but I have seen it take that long when I was involved in conducting this type of installation of a new approach to an old problem. I would suggest a simple inquiry now asking (TSO or the engineering firm) "how long will that report take to get to TSO?" It cannot hurt to be proactive in this case. dmac

PICOLOMINi, GGG, others; It is my pleasure to post but just remember, human nature is to be especially positive when all the people that have purchased the same thing only find good things to say about it. I read that we can expect a long period of "start-up" time and it will seem endless waiting for the next bit of good news, so everyone should take note that this doesn't occur overnight or in one year. Think of it as a newborn infant because it is. It really is.....What do I like best about it? (see, there I go) I like they hired an outside engineering firm to oversee the site evaluation. Fine business decision, IMHO....

The difference between us is if I want to know anything about this firm and its processes, I ask to talk to the maintenance people while you talk to the engineers and PHD's. Hope that explains where I come from, and I am a stockholder. It passes my smell test, based simply on my working relationship with those type of EPA people, for they may not walk with God every morning, they do know what they are talking about and if they approve, that enuff for me. Cheers, you guys.

Although not an engineer, as President I designed all our projects and put together a fabricating business handling 10 ga. 316 stainless steel down to 5/16" plate SS to design, build and install. As 3G has stated previously there are many months of negotiations and countless hours in boardrooms trying to create an opening to perform work items scheduled a year in advance. I am certain the engineers know their jobs, I was simply alluding to the wear and tear that occurs in the operation of these things over time and the replacements and ease or lack thereof, of maintenance. We did 12,500 jobs in my 42 years, all worked but some took additional time to get it right. There are things you might never think about, such as expansion joints, centrifugal blowers and bearings, high temperature things that cause problems which eventually become commonplace. Most of our systems were dry dust collecting, like you might find in a foundry, etc.

Having worked in the pollution control industry for 42 years, I am encouraged by what I read, maybe excited, but there are a great many obstacles to come and be overcome as these things remind me of Latin 101 'caveat emptor'. Good luck gentlemen; start your engines !

All of you that have written as great stock pickers have only one question to answer about PYPL; have you ever read their contract for their service and, most importantly, have you ever read their last page in said contract? Read it! ! ! and then you may feel differently about using their service. Have a nice day.....don mccarthy
