I am finding professionally managed mutual funds far better performers in the international funds than etf's, and this also is true of my experience with Fidelity Sector Mutual Funds. A fundamental principle of Mutual Funds was violated early on when they did not provide true diversification beyond a secor or division of high or low capital. The same development seems to be happening to ETF's when one company has a better performance than another; ideally all company ETF's would return the same as the Index. Lou Hoechstetter

Reit better than Internationals? Look at Fidelity Investors booklet of results and you will see that, as a class, Internationals far outdistinces individual Reit's or Sector funds though each have stellar performers as well as some laggards. Lou Hoechstetter, PhD
