I would add that, IMO, there will be a global collapse in commercial real estate. It amazes me that the same asset value lending that caused the bank collapses in the 80's is upon us again.

I suspect commercial reits will fall 50-80%.

European Inflation Prospects Raised, Growth Forecast Cut

I have to admit, I'm not really seeing this Fed low inflation at all. Inflation for the first 7 months was 4.5% annualized. Any cursory look at a commodity chart will tell anyone YOY inflation is for food and energy is in the stratosphere. How can hlusing fall if interest rates rise? Medical care is up double digits.
