  • Update: LPath Clinical Trial Results [View article]
"They have not yet found another company to purchase the rights, so the partnership is for right now in limbo for LPath."

I know the situation with Pfizer is confusing, but this is very misleading. The only thing in limbo is who the Isonep partner is, not the (half billion dollar) partnership itself. Also, I have not seen anything that states the Asonep right of refusal is up for sale. The company has stated, that if anyone wants to partner Asonep, then they have to give Pfizer the chance to match the offer.

Yes, totally agree JP. I never liked Blum, but stuck around for OM. After this, I trust him about as far as I can throw him. Wait... I wonder how far I could throw him? Huuuuummmmm...

I would add, I want to wait and see just how good the Novartis heart failure drug works. I suspect it works well as the study was stopped early.

Zoinks! LOL That was some serious carnage. Not buying yet. There is plenty of time for that. Nothing on the horizon for a while for the company and I need let some other trades play out. Its ugly out there. Take care!

  • Xencor Inc.: Current Biotech Uncertainty Is An Opportunity [View article]
Ha! this article has been out all day and no one has commented yet? Seems to be pretty typical for this company. Very few traders/investors, at least in the circles I frequent know or talk about XNCR. I am puzzled by this considering everything that the company has going on and the eye popping list of institutional investors. Nice pick Daniel

Mike, I don't think you get the whole sustainable thing.
From Biosyn "Keyhole limpets can be up to 15 years old when our specially-trained divers borrow them from the permanently cool Californian coastal waters" So in other words, the divers go fishing. A wise man once told me that if fishing was easy they would call it catching. lol Also, there is the issue of dealing with the California Fish and Wildlife Department for them to continue the practice. http://bit.ly/1iOcnZ0

Growth Geek, I didn't know you bailed. I don't visit the board anymore, its totally out of control. Best of luck to you. I can say that I plan on riding my core position into the sunset. In my opinion there is huge upside here, but it is going to take a long term view.

Fincom, Thanks for the summary on our undiscovered gem.

As usual Jason, great work here. Another compound to consider is Isonep. A phase 2 compound being developed by Lpath (LPTN) and Pfizer (Pfizer has put the option up for sale) The company has been stuck in the mud for years. Plagued with setbacks and delays, but results are due around the end of summer. I believe Isonep will become a true blockbuster for eye disease

Hello Kenser, Tirasemtiv is a bit of a wild card. We will have a better picture of the compounds potential soon enough, but this is a risky hold through data without protection. There is much hype and I fear that many investors will be disappointed. I don't expect anything more than what we have seen in previous trials and yes, dizziness has been reported throughout development, but it seems to subside after a bit. The reason I am here is for Omecamtive, not Tirasemtiv. I look forward to getting through T results and on to the further development of OM. As far as the company keeping things close to the vest... welcome to Cytokonetics.
Good luck in your CUR trade

Bashers like to point out many of the things that Ross has already addressed in the article. If you really want to find out, tweet Adam F and tell him that you are long.

Totally agree with you on the data, the juice looks like it could be worth the squeeze. (Did you get that...? juice, fruit pectin) haha

On a side note, check out the GALT pr that just hit. classic
