Music to my ears. I've been a shareholder since the late 90's. It makes perfect sense to buy stock if you're management. However, can we really trust the NAV as a good number? The NAV is a guess at what the portfolio is worth. The company still must preform by selling and managing assets and investing in deals which work. It's a powerful story with the stock trading at a 40% discount to what we believe is NAV.
