  • Matt Taibbi's latest strike in his war on "vampire squid" Goldman Sachs (GS): "If the Justice Department fails to give the American people a chance to judge this case - if Goldman skates without so much as a trial - it will confirm once and for all the embarrassing truth: that the law in America is subjective, and crime is defined not by what you did, but by who you are."  [View news story]
Is there a piece of evidence behind that line

"From tech stocks to high gas prices, Goldman Sachs has engineered every major market manipulation since the Great Depression -- and they're about to do it again"

If not, it sounds like noise coming from a beer bar

"I want to stay here," writes Oberhelman of the company's home state, but "I have to do what's right for Caterpillar," implying the company may shift jobs or its HQ elsewhere.

Obviously your North Korea clients are retarded even as you are

Know you not North Korea workers are Government's workers.

It comes to Government takes its part first and whatever part left is distributed as pay to Government workers(slaves)

Does their Government needs taxes to be taken, after taxes already were taken

What else can be done as long as the uber-conservatives that run the Republican party are not interested in governance but are only interested in "getting what they want" without compromise?

  • NYC's failed storm response has become Mayor Bloomberg's Katrina, Paul Krugman says, accusing the city's administration of failing to take weather warnings seriously. Krugman may be unaware that some of the slow snow job appears to have been caused by union protests over budget cuts.  [View news story]

Good government does not have to be big
For it already was good when it was small

If small government can not enforce contract law, big government can not do it either
For contract between crooks can not be enforced

But for true civilized people, who reject liberal Satan, and who respect their Father and their Mather and their neighbor, no enforcement is needed

And for other, who are crooked and who in love with liberal Satan or NKVD is their name, big government is the only medicine for keeping them from spreading themselves around

  • Since the Court upheld Obamacare, small business owners have gone from denial to outright anger. Many entrepreneurs are focusing on figuring out what moves they can make to gum up the works and prove healthcare reform was a bad idea and offer a case study on why it will fail. Some of the top threats: Firing workers instead of hiring, stop providing health insurance altogether and pay the $2K penalty, or even going so far as to shutter their businesses.  [View news story]
Conservatives are so afraid the Obama plan will work, not as good as other countries, but a step in the right direction. Canada covers everone (everyone) at 1/2 the money spent in US.
In Soviet Union everybody included myself was covered for 1/100 the money spent in Canada

  • It's Time To Bring Out The Howitzers [View article]
This writer has been scaring investors since the March, 2009 bottom.
IMHO. There should be PG13 rating attached to JM articles.

While they can be viewed as sought provoking by some, it is not unthinkable that others, who are less mature, could be scarred by his writings to degree of wetting their beds

Overall I am very receptive to issues stated in this article

  • No, the debt ceiling brouhaha does not make the U.S. a "laughingstock" - it's "exactly what America needs" to face the hard choices it must make, Evan Newmark writes. "Ask yourself... Would I rather have my politicians fighting each other in Washington over the debt ceiling today, or my neighbors fighting each other in the streets when the nation goes bankrupt five years from now?"  [View news story]
    Whatever current debate outcome is.
    It is good debate.
Because it put the problem into spot light
"Process started going" used to say M. Gorbachev
Eventually he was ousted by process he has created.
    Nevertheless country changed direction

Tea Party I wish you well

  • How the Fed Could Fix The Economy -- And Why It Hasn't [View article]
Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany are failures? Of course, it also depends on how you define "socialism."
    it have been already defined

Capitalism it is where means of production belong to private citizens

Socialism it is where it belongs to people represented by their government.

Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and USA are capitalist counties
SSSR, North Korea, and Cuba are Socialist countries

Difference between Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and USA is degree of government interference in economy run by private sector in form of taxation, redistribution and regulation.

There are two main problems with socialist country.
Government is not efficient when running business
Eventually government becomes too big and represents not the people but itself in form of dictatorship

  • Underlying Disaster In Europe Accelerating: Spain's Finances Collapsing [View article]
This is akin to taking the approach that, having run your credit cards to the max, you quit your job and rationalize this by saying "Think about all the money I'm saving on gas, meals, clothes, etc.". Which completely ignores the collapse in revenue that comes along with quitting working
    with only exeption
one is not paid by this job
this one actualy paying to this job

since as we all already know (thanks to Barak and Nancy) cost of creating job in public sector > than resulting return
