  • Danger Zone For This Week: Apple [View article]
Is he just trying to make a name for himself? or what - just dumb?
sure - if Tim Cook turns out to be another bozo like that too from blackberry, then it is possible for Apple to go down to hundred and $60 a share. Like your other reply – they basically have That in cash. and not a cheap stock? From all accounts that I have read price to earnings is a much better way to assess a cheap or expensive stock. Is he just dumb – or what?

Re. T-Mobile: it will start offering unlimited plans - BUT you have to deal with the Worst customer service on the planet - let alone the dropped calls and horrid coverage!

  • More Ambiguity At RIM As Apple Continues To Eat Its Lunch [View article]
Honestly, I don't like to use the words idiot or stupid when I'm talking about people who are obviously very bright; but the 2 CEOs must have the buck stopped on their desk. Your article points out tremendous contradiction–if not outright lies–about the handling of RIM over the past year or so. I don't even think the products are as bad as the reputation is getting to be out there. I bought a PlayBook and it is a really cool machine! However, execution was for S#*&!!! again, more contradictions. QNX is a fantastic operating system–but will the boys screw up the execution of the next BlackBerry machines?
Full disclosure–I actually have shares of RIMM. I hope they get the next season executed correctly and get back on track. Actually, I hope they get rid of the co-CEOs!

  • Dividend ETFs as a Safe Harbor While Inflation Becomes a Reality [View article]
are you talking about 1yr return? YTD? or for the month? too confusing to be helpful. an average is meaningless to me because this is not how other stocks are analyzed. just some feedback...

  • Don't Count Out Research In Motion Just Yet [View article]
i don't know what backloading numbers is, but i have seen where RIMM reports conservatively.
Android is an OS - free non-the-less!
the 32 yr old QNX will allow so many integrations to using BB/PLaybook - genius!
50mill base w/half being qualified buyers - seems like a huge head start on sales! plus, no one is talking about the tethered feature to the phone which will make playbook way cheaper than ipad!
i think the author has some real points! we'll see...

  • RIM: Undervalued Company in Need of a Reboot [View article]
anyone know why Blackberry hasn't marketed the fact that Playbook's cost is cheap when considering one won't have to pay for a data plan tethered to a BB phone?

  • AT&T Does Sprint a Favor by Taking T-Mobile [View article]
YOU ARE SOOOOO RIGHT! taking over a troubled, horrid customer service, worst coverage company like t-mobile would have been bad for sprint! i have polled subscribers and 4 out 5 i spoke with - not exactly scientific - said they will pull out of t-mobile when their contracts are up! S will get the subscribers for free!!! ATT doesn't have the rep to keep all the t-mobile subs! you article is the only one i have seen that spells out such a cogent and economical argument!!!
