  • Apple's Plan To Rethink Television [View article]
Thank you for your article, I enjoyed your perspective

The value of television content is decreasing every day.

I love Apple, but this avenue is a dead end.

Other than live events, the vast majority of content available via cable is mostly garbage, as is the vast majority of content freely available online.

  • Apple Watch: The Hidden Advantages [View article]
The Apple watch is about health and the integration of consumption, movement, and monitoring the human body in real time, then distributing the personal data to the end user in the form of a medical assessment, all the while gathering the macro data in a way that has not been done before.

Any other features are redundant and superfluous, no matter how enticing they appear to be to the end consumer at this early stage.

This is a game changer, though it will take a few iterations before the average buyer grasps the value.

  • Do The Math: Apple's Fiscal 2015 EPS To Rise (At Least) 25% [View article]
...especially if you sit on them.

Are people really complaining that the new device from Apple succumbs to the pressure of their spoiled and bloated asses?

Pretty sure that the TOS from Apple implies that their product is more beneficial when not sat upon.

Historically, Apple stock has dropped after each product launch.

I take the fact that this has not happened this time as a huge positive.

  • Apple iPhone 6: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly [View article]
Oh dear, another investor who prefers perception over reality.

This Chinese phonemaker is a far greater threat to Samsung than it is to Apple.

They may take market share with the free Android OS, but I will take profit share.

Follow the money, and enjoy the view from the right side of the moat.

  • Apple - September 9 Will Give You A Stomach Ache And Nothing More... Focus On Sales [View article]
The word you are looking for is 'TENET' not "TENANT".

Your article is well thought out, and clearly expressed, and I thank you for sharing it.

I agree. Health data is going to be a key component going forward, not just involving our own personal health, but uniting global health data and experience and disseminating it in a way that we have not yet seen.

  • Apple Rated Juicy: Why Would Anyone Be Bearish Into The iPhone 6 Launch? [View article]
Sell on news. Too much pressure. Gonna fly then correct. Take profit. Better entry point ahead. Great company flying too near the sun.

  • Apple: It's Show Time, Baby! [View article]
Bought in at $460, and am overweight. I have never owned an Apple product and am no fanboy.

It seems we are at a "tipping point", where high expectations of new product is reaching pressure points that could bust the damn.

I worry that expectations are out of all proportion, and that even a whiff of disappointment will be a problem.

The next six months are crucial. If Apple has another "wow" rabbit up its sleeve then we are looking at google numbers.

If they don't, the beatdown will be large and further exacerbated by wider economic issues.

My bet is Apple wins, but for those who can't stomach risk, the time to get out is now.

Thanks to the author for a well conceived article.

  • Apple Stock Price Likely To Peak Before Long [View article]
Dude, why don't you just go back to the mall and report to us on how well the BB Z10 is doing.

If nothing else, it would benefit all of us by guaranteeing that we would have an hour or two in our lives that would be free of your mindless drivel.

"The problem is in DC however. If they've done zero to stimulate our economy since 2009 I fear that nothing will change for 3 more years."

Apparently you are unaware of QE? Apple, among a great many others, has outsourced the vast majority of its jobs, so people like you and I can get the best deal at Walmart.

American consumers who are outraged at the state of the economy fail to see that they are the ones driving the car in the global race to the bottom.

  • Apple: It's Time To Move On [View article]
Interesting article, but I'm putting a small play on the fact that Apple has at least one more run left in it. This has little to do with the company itself and more to do with the fact that mindless consumers will gawk once again at the latest shiny bauble. Ashraf, I think your article is sentient, but I disagree with your timing. Apple reminds me of a great band that has released nothing but greatest hits with an extra track for the last few years, but I'm hoping they go down Abbey Road very soon.
