  • Intermolecular: Seeking A Win-Win In Intellectual Property Development [View article]
Good article. I've been following this company since late 2012. I have been patiently waiting for the right opportunity to buy. I feel that before one should consider making a sizable investment into IMI, the stock price has to build a nice base. I am hoping that it hovers around the 50 day moving average for a few months or more. Once I see some momentum and volume, I will put in some money. Until then, I fear that investors don't really know about this company and that current investors aren't going to put much more money in until they start seeing a nice jump in overall revenue, but more specifically the revenue from royalties. Once that happens, and if IMI can start delivering on their goals, I truly believe that revenue can get to $400M within the next 12 years. If it ever does start growing 18% to 20% in revenue [like ARM Holdings did], with the driver being royalties growth, it should yield a price to sales ratio of at least 10 to 1, which is half of ARM Holdings 20 to 1 price to sales ratio. If it does accomplish it's goals, I do think it's market cap can realistically get to $4B to $8B in the next 12 years, which equates to a price per share of $88 to $177, a gain of approximately 1,500 to 3,000 percent. Assuming they only grow 10% in revenue, I think they could be a $1B market cap company, which could attract a price to sales ratio of 5 to 1 and stock price of $22 and a 13% annualized return. Having said that, I am looking for royalties to increase from $3.84M or so per quarter to around $6M per quarter, hopefully in Q1 or Q2 of 2014. Until then I will own some shares on the possibility of a buyout.

Im not happy about knee jerk reaction of PSMI not being in Iphone 5s or 5c. Thats why it was downgraded. Most importantly they are in Galaxy S4 and their forecast was made knowing they weren't going to be in the new cheap Iphone. I took a chance and bought more shares after the big fall.

How about now? I did make some $$$ on the ride up. But I think these high flying stocks have been benefactors of the infatuation with mobile.

I loaded up a few days ago. Bought some Jan calls options, in addition to shares. I think it's going to make a move as it goes above it's 50 day MA and approaches it's 200 day MA. Compared to AMBA and INVN this is extremely cheap!!!

You must have forgotten about the other hedge funds buying. Have you heard of Hayman Capital, Perry Capital, Glenview Capital, Royce & Associates, SAC Capital, etc.. You have stated the very obvious, but have left out some crucial info.

  • Immediate Investment Income Strategy To Profit On J.C. Penney Failures [View article]
Hey, Jack, they have $3B in liquidity. With 82M shares traded, you would think stock could have dropped 40%, but it only dropped 12%. You know why, smart shorts covered and took their gains. If you want to see a squeeze like Firstsolar, short JCP They aren't going anywhere for a while. The dirty work is behind them. Massive reductions in expenses, major investments into stores and technology, most of restructioning costs already realized. Only expenses left are advertising, inventory, and current stores. New product lineup is getting good reviews. They have $7B worth of real estate and have good conversion once people come into the stores. With the discount coming back, I forsee some pretty massive short squeeze action if there is any good news in the May earnings call. Best time to trigger a squeeze is when people think the company is going to go belly up, when the company can actually survive with cash and credit for 3 years. When almost everyone is short and think the end of the world is at hand, that's when you buy!!!!!!!

  • Workday: A Stock Worth Watching [View article]
Wday is going down hard on any bad news.... And the bad news is lots of selling after the lockup. Sure some analyst will come along and pump it, but once there is a higher float we're going to be getting more short positions.

  • Will Workday Miss Its Revenue Target? [View article]
I hate Wday with a passion. I hope this stock goes down 60% as management's false demand arrangement is shady. Any company with low float like this deserves to lose! No one can short this darn stock because there are no more shares to borrow. At least i've bought put options. Out of any company out there, this is by far the most over valued I have evern seen in a while.

Save yourself the trouble of finding short shares, buy put options. That is how you make realy money on this POS. I despise the analysts covering this company.
