Not sure you got the percentages right. "For larger pureplay webcasters, the deal offers a substantial advantage over the CRB rates. The rates for large pureplay webcasters are the greater of 25% of revenue or a per performance royalty that is far lower than that required by the CRB – even through 2015. As set forth below, the per performance royalty for 2015 will be the same rate that webcasters were charged for 2008 under the CRB decision – and far less than that agreed to by the broadcasters in their settlement with SoundExchange. As most large webcasters claimed that the CRB-determined royalties would total 75% or more of their revenues, this new rate represents a substantial savings. The pureplay per performance royalties (with a per ATH royalty rate for 2006-2008) are as follows:"

        Ksmanyam01,

Stocks under $5 are risky -- depending largely on your timeframe and cashflow. It's fine to hold if you believe it will be around 5 years from now. If you expected immediate appreciation, this is where the headache comes in. Diversify and also at all times, know that you are not buying a GIC or government bond. The risk with stocks is always the possibility of a big zero. So spread your money out (doesn't mean a bank won't fail and a GIC won't be a zero or a government won't fail either... but, anyways! back to stocks...)

Personally, I have been adding to my holding of NBG. If it goes up, great, if it wants to sit there for a very long time, I'm ok with it.

To be honest, when I first got in to this stock, it was probably $1.50. All it did was go down and freak me out. It went down to 80 cents or so. I thought it would be a zero. It was depressing because for this stock, I did not go in anticipating a zero. Because it's Greece's largest bank, I classified it as a zero-risk turnaround subject to a big zero only if the country became socialist or communist or something like that. And the lowest I expected it to go was $1.25 or so.

Needless to say, my approach to a stock affects my emotional response. I'm sorry to hear you sold at a lost. Only time will tell whether this thing turns out to be a zero or not. I'm in now only because I've been following it with real money now for so long.
Apple (AAPL +1.9%) roundup: 1) Brian White cites Chinese 3G growth as a reason for his $888 PT: he points out China's 3G sub base rose 83% Y/Y in April to 293.1M, and is expected to hit 375M-400M by year's end. China Mobile (CHL - previous) had 120M 3G subs; China Unicom (CHU) had 92M, and China Telecom (CHA) 81M. 2) Taiwan's Economic Times reports Apple is testing 1.5" OLED displays for an iWatch, and that "market rumors" indicate Foxconn has received iWatch trial production orders. 3) Digitimes reports MacBook orders are expected to grow 20% Q/Q in Q2, as Apple launches new systems sporting Intel Haswell CPUs at June's WWDC conference.

Then doesn't that mean right to buy more shares at $5.50? (pricing after reverse split?) ok, that doesn't necessarily mean you get that kind of price on the market, right? "Subsequent to December 31, 2010, on January 25, 2011 Korea Line Corporation ("KLC"), one of our charterers, filed for protective receivership in Seoul, Korea. On February 15th, the Korean Courts approved this request. The Company and KLC have agreed that all of Company's charters to KLC remain intact until the Court allows KLC to resume hire payments, although no charter hire payments are currently being received. The Company has further come to an agreement with KLC regarding arrangements to take over the employment of the majority of the affected chartered vessels for this interim period. Earnings during this interim period would be used to offset the charter hire otherwise due from KLC. During February, the Company re-chartered out all affected vessels on the spot market, which is currently averaging around $15,000 per day. The Company will continue to trade these vessels until our business arrangements with KLC have been resolved. As of March 4, 2011, Eagle Bulk is owed approximately $8.3 million of charter hire all related to 2011 activities with KLC, of which approximately $2.5 million was due and owing prior to KLC filing for rehabilitation. With regard to the "Nighthawk," which was scheduled to be delivered to KLC in February 2011, the Company and KLC have agreed in principle, subject to Court approval, to defer the commencement of this charter to allow Eagle to employ the vessel for its own account for the time being. During January and February of 2011, the Company took delivery of two newbuilding vessels, the Thrush and Nighthawk, which immediately entered into short term time charters."
