    Papa,

You stated concerning the acquisition of Media Graph "This is no way affects the 80% deal that was signed on Feb 14th, and is continuing on a month by month basis.".

What is the difference between the 80-20 deal and Media Graph? Isn't the 80-20 agreement based on Ember powering Media Graph or am I totally confused?

Also how does the recent amendment to guarantee 50K/mth in that 80-20 deal different than paying 15 million for Media Graph? Am I correct in assuming the 50K guarantee was included because revenue in that 80-20 deal just wasn't cutting it and less than 50k/mth? And if so, why pay 15 million for something that needed a clause to guarantee just 50K?

If I'm way off base and/or totally confused, then I apologize. It's just that I thought a reverse split would be for an up-list and not to hand over 50% of the authorized share count for Media Graph.....and if I'm correct for a Media Graph that thus far isn't even producing 50K per month. Believe it or not, Papa, but I am very positive on ADTM and have owned a lot of shares for a long time...started with Mimvi and never sold and now trying to understand the constantly evolving ADTM business.

Thanks my friend and you take care.

    Thank you for your reply.

I think 63% margin is doable for Q4 and that's why I asked how you felt about the 40% range for Q3. I thought it would have been higher as well as a little more top line revenue but overall a good quarter for the company. I'm also hopeful the legacy issues have been dealt with and I also think the legal costs will be less. I believe Shareef came in and wanted to clean house and do it quickly. Ben Padnos told me at the time of the "merger" with Adaptive that shareholders were getting what they were asking for because Shareef and management were "serious minded tech guys". So far so good.

The increased costs for development did jump out at me but I go back to Ben's comment, and your comment above, and hope that Shareef is indeed laying the groundwork for Ember and other costs that will generate much more revenue in the 4th quarter. Will be interesting tomorrow....there could be some nervous-nellies whose cup is half empty.

    Great article Papa......well done!

Good call, Papa.....I was wondering what your opinion is on Shareef stating that ADTM is "maintaining gross margins at greater than 40%?" Is that what you expected?

I also agree that a lot of the costs covered by the 10Q are fixed costs and thus the Q4 bottom line should improve by both revenue growth and decreased expenses. But there is still a lot of dilution happening to pay the bills, to eliminate legacy issues, for consultant expenses and also the Ember acquisition will be realized in Q4. Does any of that concern you?

I agree Tom, especially when the upside outweighs the downsize by planet Earth! This is a no-brainer IMO!

    Papar,

What is your impression on Adaptive hiring the Sprouse Marketing Group? Do you feel the cost of hiring such a reputable Marketing Group is worth it for Adaptive Media at this point? Thanks

Mimvi is generating revenue.....cleaned house of inept management....and cleared over 100K/mth of bad spending. This could be a good investment as serious tech exec's are running the company now. The idiots at that NASDAQ presentation....(Kasian Franks, Michael Poutre and Eric Rice)...... are gone and that is a good thing!

You have my apologies for stating you said something that you don't feel you did. I believe in the long run your gold and silver will be just fine. Glad you got it on the cheap....that's the best way.

You make some good points stating the US can not afford rising interest rates but that is exactly what is necessary for the economy to get back to being healthy. Corporate earnings are on the backs of lower wages, lower benefits and low interest rates. They are hoarding cash because they know that can NOT continue...this is NOT Japan. It is a much much much larger economy and custom. What works (or actually doesn't but is artificially propped up for years as you state) there will not sustain here.

And claiming that most people are stupid idiots while your gold and silver loses value as I type doesn't hold up very well. GLTY

That pullback was short-lived because the supposed rumor was quickly shot down. Since it has now been confirmed, it could be a much bigger percentage drop IMO
