  • Apple Bears Throw In The Towel [View article]
That magnitude opportunity stares AAPL right in the face. They have the opportunity, but fail to recognize it. I'm not telling them, I'm not working there.

  • Apple Breaks Out [View article]
It has been behind schedule, and limited liquidity and Cramer absolute nonsense about corrugated box orders may be the catalyst here. I don't know, it looks like I will be correct for the wrong reasons on ultimate move up.

  • Why Apple Will Never Breach $700 Again And Remain There [View article]
Apple's financial performance was generated by product execution assured by Steve Jobs. Now there is harvesting, and no product execution. OMG the 5s battery is a sealed disaster. Resorting to "financial alchemy" is an admission that AAPL is now substance free, except for what Carl is smoking.

  • The Explanation Behind Apple's Gross Margin Decline, And Why The Future Looks Brighter [View article]
Check my projections regard margins for the last two years. The declines will accelerate because the perceived value of anything with a touch screen will decline greatly. And the current management at Apple appears to be clueless about new product development and execution. It is such a sad story if one has a vision of viable alternatives.

  • Insiders Are Selling Apple [View article]
As to the article. Zero insider purchases is troubling, but that would need to be tempered by an aggregate perspective on all insider longs vis a vis individual financial circumstances. I'd like to see all the relevant data there.

  • Insiders Are Selling Apple [View article]
The Motely fool article refuting the Icahn thesis on getting the share price way up does make 550 look expensive. Then you have to ask about the extent to which Obamacare payments in North America will mute the overall demand for really nonessential stuff produced by this shop. Apple should be an economically sensitive stock. Within the context of an increasingly likely global recession emerging out of frustration with all the various QEs having anemic effect (check out Schiff at EuroPacific) it looks like a fairly speculative security as do many other stocks.

  • Samsung Is Apple's Worst Nightmare [View article]
Personally, I really don't see any cell phone as being any big deal. The pricing of premium phones seems intrinsically fragile, don't you think?

  • Apple Bears Getting Really Desperate [View article]
I am very sorry, but what seems desperate to me is product execution, when there are clear ways to spend 300 billion dollars on growth to become a two trillion dollar enterprise and no clue about how that might happen. I think it is very sad.

No question about financial strength, but the wherewithal to maintain that is what concerns the market, and it will be difficult.
