    Sounds all good, unless of course we fall back for a second dip recession. In which case oil prices will most likely fall. Albeit this may be somewhat of a negative view, in which case it may never happen. However, when in the last few recessions have oil prices not been affected by down economies?

    Good article. Whether we are in a bull or bear is debatable. Some may say that this is a secular bear market by way of the NASDAQ failing to reach its 2000 high. I personally view it as either an uptrend or downtrend. If you look at a chart with the 07 highs you may come to the conclusion that this is just a typical retracement rally. Also the fact that we may or may not revisit the original highs again. As they say, technical analysis is subjective. Its quite hard to believe with certainty that this is a bull market given our current political and economic climate.

    Cramer's picks can work. I just don't average down. You better know the fundamentals and the company very well if you plan on doing that. Otherwise its best to stick with the trend.
